Job Description
* Design, implement, and maintain the AML program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Ensure timely compliance of all client records with Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer regulations.
* Continuously monitor and evaluate AML procedures across business units, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective actions.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and Risk-Based Approach to detect and address potential AML risks, promptly reporting results to regulatory authorities.
* Stay abreast of evolving AML regulations, guidelines, and industry trends, proactively integrating relevant changes into existing procedures.
* Monitor customer risk assessments and transactions post-reporting, adjusting predefined rules and thresholds based on past transaction analysis.
* Conduct investigative reviews of alerts from transaction monitoring systems, preparing and submitting suspicious transaction reports to regulatory authorities when warranted.
* Prepare concise reports for the Board of Directors, delivering findings in a professional manner.
The Successful Applicant
Proficient in Indonesian laws and regulations pertaining to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML-CTF).Experienced in crafting policies, procedures, and training resources to support AML-CTF efforts.Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with adept time management, analytical prowess, and investigative abilities.Minimum of 7 years working experience in the financial services sector, particularly multifinanceExhibits excellent project management capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a steadfast sense of ownership.
